Buy houses for a low price as soon as they're build and sell them for as much as it goes for. Make sure the price only goes up and not down to make profit of the house you bought. Sell it anytime you like but the more profit the more money, if you buy the more expensive houses later you will get more profit of selling them for a higher price which lets you buy the mansion later!
