As Flo, the area's best waitress, can you handle a constant stream of customers? This game is very easy to maneuver. Just use your mouse to click on the item or person you want to work with. Click on waiting customers and then click on the table you want them to sit at. After they set their menus down, collect their order and deliver it to the kitchen. Bring their food to the table, deliver their check, and collect your money! You can either play in levels, which gets harder and harder as you progress, or you can play in Endless Shift mode.
