This is Madness 2010

Kill enemies in this fighting game. Use the arrow keys the WASD keys to move and the q and e keys to switch weapons. Use the mouse to aim and shoot. Not all enemies need to be killed to advance to another stage, but you must collect enough gold coins to unlock the door. Collect ammo and health to replenish what you use.
