The Worms series are all about not so cute little worms utterly destroying each other with the sickest weapons you can imagine. These evil little bastards do everything in their power to blast their enemies -and the surrounding terrain- into oblivion. They do patiently wait for their turn though. The first Worms game was released in 1995 by English developers Team 17 and was made for the Amiga.
