Are you the next Marion Tinsley or Don Lafferty? For those who don't know: checker is played on an eight by eight squared boardwith twelve pieces on each side. The pieces move and capture diagonally. Your goal is to capture all the pieces of your opponent. Good luck!

Checkers is a very old game, but it's still a lot of fun, especially when you play one of the titles in our collection. Our Flash checkers games are the best. Some allow you to play against the computer while others let you play against other human players. If you think you have what it takes to be a checkers champion, it's time to place the chips on the board and see how well you can really do.

The checkers board is a simple eight squares by eight squares. Each side starts with 12 checkers on their side of the board. By moving forward or jumping over opponents, your goal is to try to eliminate all the opponent's checkers by jumping over them. If you're careful, you can set-up super jumps and take two or more pieces in a single turn! Whether you play against the computer or take on other human players, we think you're going to have fun with this simple and non-violent board game. Checkers may not be everyone's favorite game, but it can be a lot of fun for some people. The simplicity of the game is nice, but there are strategies you can put in place to make sure you win.
