An electric toothbrush is the tool of choice in this game! You are faced with a dirty mouth with bits of plaque around the teeth. You can move your mouse around to scroll back and forth on the mouth. Click and drag the mouse to scrub away tooth decay and turn gray teeth into a shiny white. You have a limited amount of time, so watch the clock in the upper right corner! Once time is up, you move onto the next mouth, which is even dirtier! If you're short on time, get rid of plaque before cleaning the rest of the teeth. That's the most important part.
